مقایسه اثربخشی درمان هیپوونتلاسیون و آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر علائم اضطراب زنان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش مقایسه اثربخشی درمان هیپوونتلاسیون و آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر علائم اضطراب زنان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر شهر اردبیل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر بود که به مراکز جامع سلامت شهر اردبیل در پاییز سال 1398 مراجعه کرده بودند و45 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب، و به طور تصادفی در سه گروه برابر آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. طرح پژوهش نیمه­آزمایشی با استفاده از طرح پیش­آزمون و پس­آزمون با گروه کنترل انجام شد. گروه­های آزمایشی درمان هیپوونتیلاسیون (12 جلسه و هر جلسه 17 دقیقه) و آموزش تنظیم هیجان  (8 جلسه و هر جلسه 90 دقیقه) طی 4 هفته تحت مداخله  قرار گرفتند. و در این مدت بر گروه کنترل مداخله­ی انجام نگرفت. پرسشنامه­های علائم اضطراب بک (1986) به عنوان ابزار سنجش مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. داده­ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس یک راهه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت معنی­داری در نمرات علائم اضطراب گروه­های مداخله و کنترل وجود دارد. هم چنین  نتایج آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی نشان داد که درمان هیپووینتلاسیون در مقایسه با آموزش تنظیم هیجان در کاهش علائم اضطراب زنان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر موثرتر است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to examine the comparison of the effectiveness of hypoventilation therapy and emotion regulation training on anxiety symptoms in women with general anxiety disorder (GAD) in Ardabil. From all patients suffering general anxiety disorder (GAD) who referred to Ardabil Health Comprehensive Centers in Fall 2019, 45 patients were selected through purposive sampling method and were randomly placed into 3 equal experimental and control groups. The Experimental groups exposed to hypoventilation therapy twelve sessions, 17 minutes each and emotion regulation training (8 session 90 minutes each) for 4 weeks, while control group received none. Anxiety Beck (1986) Questionnaires were used as the study instrument. Data were analyzed by using analysis of covariance(ANCOVA). The results showed that there were significant differences in anxiety symptoms scores of the experimental and the control groups. Results of the follow-up test indicated that comparing to emption regulation training the hypoventilation therapy were more effective in reducing anxiety symptoms of women with general anxiety disorder.
